In Denia, the gate to the Costa Blanca, we present Villa Brima. This Villa is located in the Marquesa 6 district with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastline. We offer a detached house with a spacious living area of about approx. 110 sqm on a plot of 850 sqm, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room and a modern kitchen with a spectacular sea view. At the entrance you have a carport with an electric gate. With a few steps you reach a wind-protected terrace with wintersun at the level of the ground floor of the house. In a corner of the winter terrace you can find a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill plate and sink. In front of the house entrance is a spacious wintergarden. A small hallway takes you directly into the spacious living room with 1 comfortable sofa and 2 relaxation chairs, a modern TV – with SAT TV and Spanish programs and a fireplace

The glazed dining room is in front of the living room. Both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, the second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm. In the double room there is an additional TV – SAT TV and Spanish programs. Right next to each bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, double sink, one with a urinal and one with a bidet. In February 2022 a new modern kitchen was installed with offers you all the luxury and comfort. Glass ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination, central kitchen block with 2 seating options and a wine cooler. The kitchen has direct access to a terrace in front with sea views. With a few steps from ground floor you reach pool terrace with a kidney-shaped pool measuring 8.00 x 4.00 m. On this hidden from you terrace, you can find a small pool bar, as well as a cold/warm outdoor shower and a separate toilet. Below the pool level there is a garden with Mediterranean plants and various seating options.


Equipment

There is a small storage room with washing machine and second fridge on the pool terrace level. There are also vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board. In both bedrooms and in the living room you have Air conditioning with heating function. In addition, for the cool days, in-floor heating, which is operated via a heat pump. The two bathrooms have electric heating. Hot water via the heat pump. All the windows of the house have mosquito screens and electric shutters.

Additional costs

Rental deposit of € 300 has to be payed in cash at arrival.
Electricity will be charged by consumption with € 0,35 per Kwh. Gas will be charged by consumption.
Bedlinens per person and change € 7,50
Set of towels (1 shower towel 150 x 100 cm, 2 towels 100 x 50 cm) per set and change € 7,50. Dish towels and bath mats we provide free of charge.
Internet 10 € per week.
The final cleaning will be charged with € 180.
