14 days after the reservation has to pay 20% of the totality. Once this amount has been paid, the reservation is confirmed. 4 weeks before entering the house, the rest of the amount must be paid. Cancellation of reservation:
You have the possibility to cancel your reservation at any time. The decisive point is the moment when you send us your cancellation.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
- up to 30 days before: 20% of the total rental price.
- from 29 days before: 80% of the total rental price.
- from 5 days before: 100% of the rental price.
If we manage to get a client for the same period and the same conditions, we only charge 20% of the total price. Regardless of the time of cancellation.
