We offer you an apartment completed in November 2023 with approx. 75sqm living space and a roof terrace of 40sqm, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large shower, separate kitchen, living-dining area with access to the roof terrace. This offers you a wonderful view of the sea and the castle of Denia. The apartment is located in the new residential complex Marina Real 3 and has an underground parking space with lockable storage for bicycles, a large communal pool and a small fitness studio.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and can be reached via an elevator or the staircase. The elevator goes down to the underground car park. Behind the apartment entrance there is a cloakroom and the entrance to a separate, modern and well-equipped kitchen. On the left, a hallway leads to the 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Straight ahead you reach the living and dining area. This is very modernly furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable 2-seater sofa and an armchair. There are 2 TVs with satellite TV, in the living room and in one of the double bedrooms. The roof terrace can be reached via a staircase (20 steps) from the living room. In addition to a comfortable patio sofa, a large dining table, a grill and 2 sun loungers, there is also a modern jacuzzi for up to 4 people. 2 parasols offer you shade. The kitchen offers you every comfort and is very fully equipped. In addition to an induction hob with extractor hood, there is an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a large fridge-freezer and a small breakfast bar. The two bedrooms are equipped with a built-in wardrobe and a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm). The two bathrooms They have a large shower, a sink with cupboard and a toilet.


Facilities

The apartment has a central air conditioning system with heating function for the cooler days, which can be easily operated via a control unit in the living room. Hot water is provided free of charge via a central system in the living unit. The windows in the bedrooms are fitted with double glazing and have shutters for a restful sleep.

The Vista Castillo holiday apartment is located in the new development area "Denia Nou" right on the border of the city center, the perfect location to be able to reach everything on foot in no time. The city center is about 1km away. The nearest beach is about 750m away. 450 meters away you will find the first shops, a Lidl and Consum supermarket and soon also a MasyMas supermarket. The tram station is also only 450m away. For our younger guests there are several playgrounds and a skate park in the immediate vicinity.

Denia has a modern district hospital, and you will also find German doctors and specialists.

Additional costs

Rental deposit € 300,-- payable in cash upon arrival.
Electricity is billed according to consumption at € 0.35 per KWh. A separate meter for the apartment is available.
