We offer a detached house with approximately 110 sqm of living space and a plot of 1000 sqm, featuring 2 double bedrooms, 2 natural light shower rooms, a kitchen, and a living-dining area with sea views. The property includes a shaded carport behind a lockable roller shutter door. From there, 9 steps lead to the pool level. The pool area is very quiet and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The pool measures 10x5m and has a water depth of 1.4m to 2.4m. In addition to a comfortable seating area, there are sun loungers and a shower. From the pool terrace, 21 steps lead to the upper part of the property. There, on the right, is a terrace with seating, and on the left is the entrance to Villa Marta.

Directly behind Villa Marta lies a nature reserve with a pine forest. You enter the house through the kitchen. The modern kitchenette offers every comfort: a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Equipped with ample dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans, we also provide a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and hand blender. From the kitchen, you enter the living-dining area. To your right is a rustic dining table, and directly in front of you is the living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The living room features a modern TV with German satellite channels and a fireplace. In front of the living room is a large covered terrace. From here, you have a beautiful view over the Las Rotas area and the coastline, all the way to Denia's pier.

From the living room, a small hallway opens to the left, leading to the two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, one with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the second bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom has another TV with German satellite channels. Directly next to this bedroom is another bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.


Equipment

To the side of the basement is a small storage room with a washing machine. There are also a vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, an iron, and an ironing board.

A powerful air conditioning system with heating function in the living-dining area. The two bathrooms are equipped with electric heaters. Hot water is generated by a large electric boiler.

The bedrooms have shutters that can be completely blacked out.

Villa Marta is located in a very quiet location for a relaxing holiday. The center of Denia is approximately 2.5 km away, and the nearest beach is approximately 0.9 km away. The nearest shops are 2 km away. Several beachfront restaurants are within a 1000-meter radius. A bus stop with good connections to the city center is just 200 meters from the house.

Denia has a modern district hospital, as well as German doctors and specialists.

Additional costs

Rental deposit of € 300 has to be payed in cash at arrival.
Electricity will be charged by consumption with € 0,35 per Kwh. Gas will be charged by consumption.
Bedlinens per person and change € 7,50
Set of towels (1 shower towel 150 x 100 cm, 2 towels 100 x 50 cm) per set and change € 7,50. Dish towels and bath mats we provide free of charge.
Internet 10 € per week.
The final cleaning will be charged with € 180.
