In Denia, the gate to the Costa Blanca, we present the Villa Pastor on a flat property at half way up the Montgo. We offer a detached house with a living area of about 120 sqm on a plot of 650 sqm, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate eat-in-kitchen, spacious living room. From the living room you have a stairway leading up to a gallery in the first floor. On the first floor you have 2 bedrooms with built-in closets. One double with a massive wooden beds 180 x 200 cm each with 2 matresses and 2 5-zone comfort bedsteads. The second bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. There are large pillows, duvets and also SAT TV. In between the 2 bedroom you have a bathroom with a walk-in shower of 120 x 80cm, toilet and wash basin. From the double bedroom you can step out to an attached roof terrace with a super view to see and mountain. All the windows of the house have moskito sreens and electric shutters. From the canopied terrace with an big outdoor dining table you have 2 steps to the Mediterranean garden area with a pool of 4 x 8 m with roman stairway (water 1m to 2m deep). Palm trees and mediterranean plants, create an unforgettable ambiance. 4 sun loungers, a barbecue grill, a cold-warm outdoor shower offer you all the luxury you need for a wonderful vacation. 3 large electrically operated awnings provide sufficient shade.


Equipment

In the rear part of the house you find a room that contains a washing machine, drying facility and a sink to clean your beachwear. There we offer you beachmats and sand toys. There you find also a second large refrigerator and we keep there vacuum cleaner, cleaning stuff, iron and iron table. There is also a shelf to store things. All bedrooms and the living room have separate air conditions with cooling and heating. The two bathrooms have electric towel warmers, in the kitchen you have a big electric radiator. Hotwaters you can have with gas driven water heater.

The city center of Denia is aprox. 2,3 km away. The nearest beach is aprox. 2 km away. The nearest shopping facilities are about 2 km away, a LIDL and a big CONSUM supermarket. The nearest bar is 650m away from the house. They also serve breakfast and in the summertime you can buy in the morning fresh bread and pastry and have a drink and some tapas on the terrace till late at night. 1100 m away from the house you find a nice restaurant with sun terrace. In Denia you have a modern hospital and English speaking doctors.

Additional costs

Rental deposit of € 300 has to be payed in cash at arrival.
Electricity will be charged by consumption with € 0,35 per Kwh. Gas will be charged by consumption.
Bedlinens per person and change € 7,50
Set of towels (1 shower towel 150 x 100 cm, 2 towels 100 x 50 cm) per set and change € 7,50. Dish towels and bath mats we provide free of charge.
Internet 10 € per week.
The final cleaning will be charged with € 150.

Dogs can be brought by prior agreement, we will charge an extra of € 50. The plot is completely fenced.

We stayed at Villa Pastor for 2 1/2 weeks from late September to early October. Very friendly and helpful host. The key handover worked wonders on a Sunday afternoon too. The house is very clean and well furnished and has a view of the city, the port and the sea from the upper terrace. A quiet, spacious and well equipped holiday home with a clean and well-kept pool area. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Dogs are also welcome. We would love to return.
