In Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, Villa Pitó is located in the Marquesa 6 district with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean. We offer you a detached house with approx. 140 sqm living space and a plot of 800 sqm, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 shower room, separate kitchen, living room-dining area with sea view. An electric roller door gives you access to 2 covered parking spaces directly in front of the house. From there you can reach the covered house entrance via 8 steps. A hallway with a large closet opens to the right to the spacious living and dining area and the separate kitchen. To the left are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The light-flooded living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a modern TV with German satellite TV, a fireplace and a large dining table for 6 people. 3 large doors lead to the pool terrace in front with sea views.

The kitchen offers you every comfort. Glass ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge-freezer combination. All bedrooms with extra large built-in wardrobes, all with double beds 180 x 200 cm with split mattresses. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV with German satellite TV. A very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet, double sink, a smaller bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and sink. Through the living-dining area you reach the pool terrace on the ground floor with a pool measuring 5 x 10 m, water depth 1.40m - 1.80m, and wonderful sea views. In front of the living area there is a covered terrace with table and chairs. Adjacent to the pool terrace is a terrace with Mediterranean plants. From there you have access to a separate sanitary building for the outside area with a huge shower and a separate toilet. Behind the house there is another spacious terrace with a barbecue area, seating and a pavilion with a glazed front. There you will find a brick kitchen block with granite countertops, sink, dishwasher and another large fridge-freezer combination. This area can be protected from the wind in the cooler months by a wall made of sliding glass elements.


Equipment

In the back of the house, only accessible from outside, there is a storage room with a washing machine, dryer and a sink. Air conditioning with heating function in the three bedrooms and in the living and dining area. In addition, for the cooler days, there is gas-powered underfloor heating. The two bathrooms are equipped with electric radiators. Hot water via a gas instantaneous water heater. All windows have mosquito protection and shutters.

Villa Pitó is in a very quiet location for a relaxing holiday. The center of Denia and the nearest beach are about 5 km away. The first shops, a Mas y Mas supermarket, are 4 km away. There are other supermarkets in the city of Denia. The district of "la Pedrera" is 3 km away. There are 2 small bars, a tennis club, a small grocery store, a tobacconist, a German doctor and a pharmacy. Denia has a modern district hospital, and you will also find other German doctors and specialists.

Additional costs

Rental deposit of € 300 has to be payed in cash at arrival.
Electricity will be charged by consumption with € 0,35 per Kwh. Gas will be charged by consumption.
Bedlinens per person and change € 7,50
Set of towels (1 shower towel 150 x 100 cm, 2 towels 100 x 50 cm) per set and change € 7,50. Dish towels and bath mats we provide free of charge.
Internet 10 € per week.
The final cleaning will be charged with € 200.

The property is completely fenced.

We have been guests of the Pickel family for the fourth time and can only repeat ourselves: great landlords. We spent 14 days in Villa Pito. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and nothing was missing. Beautiful, quiet location with a wonderful view. Here you can go on holiday with peace of mind and don't have to worry about what to expect. Arrive and enjoy. Well looked after by the Pickel family, all-round carefree package.

the villa leaves nothing to be desired

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Villa Pito. The super spacious and stylishly furnished villa leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is designed with attention to detail. The view of the sea from the pool deck is a dream. We will definitely come back.

Villa Pito is really highly recommended. A super well-kept, clean and well-equipped accommodation. There is nothing missing in the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are all on the ground floor, modern and bright. A highlight is the large garden with pool and outdoor shower as well as the outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Plus the view over Dénia and the sea, simply beautiful.
