The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs. The entrance door leads into an open-plan living and dining area with a modern and well-equipped kitchenette. To the left, a hallway leads to the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The living and dining area is very modernly furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair. A flat-screen TV with satellite reception is provided in the living room. The kitchen offers every convenience and is fully equipped. In addition to an induction cooktop with an extractor hood, it includes an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a large refrigerator-freezer, and a small breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a built-in wardrobe and a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The smaller bedroom has a single bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be extended to a double bed (160 x 200 cm) if needed. Both bathrooms have a large walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Facilities

The apartment features a central air conditioning system with a heating function for cooler days, which can be easily operated via a control unit in the living room. The bedroom windows have roller shutters for a restful sleep.

The Casa Serenya holiday apartment is located in the new development area "Denia Nou" right on the border of the city center, the perfect location to be able to reach everything on foot in no time. The city center is about 1km away. The nearest beach is about 1500m away. 150 meters away you will find the first shops, a Lidl and Consum supermarket and soon also a MasyMas supermarket. For our younger guests, there is a playground within the complex. There is also a skate park in the immediate vicinity.

Denia has a modern district hospital, and you will also find english speaking doctors and specialists.
